Awesome Athletes!

I am so impressed with everyone! You are all working super hard, training, running, biking, swimming, working, family life...It's not easy.  You guys are making time to change your lives, and we are very proud of everyone.

I can't believe that we started our last session only 7 weeks ago, and you guys have accomplished so much already.  We have had athletes complete their first 5k, returning students PR their races, we have students completing their very first swims in open water, first time bike riders, Duathlon completions, and now new Triathletes! It is so exciting to see the look on your faces when you are experiencing these things for the first time.  It is the reason we coaches do what we do, and love doing it.

Thank you for letting us be their for your firsts, we LOVE it, and are so happy to be apart of it! Keep up the great work!
